Teresa Wilson, RN, FNP, MSN, NC-BC
Currently, Teresa Wilson is an educator and nurse coach, working as a consultant with the IHA Way LLC. She has enjoyed and benefited from her prior years affiliated with Sutter Health in senior leadership capacities and innovative designs of healthcare delivery models. Her last prior role was as the Sutter Medical Foundation Director Clinical Operations, Primary Care, overseeing primary care redesign models of care delivery; Sutter Walk-In Care; Urgent Care and hospitalist program serving hospitals in the greater Sacramento region. She is a certified trainer for the Lean Management System implementation of new models including the patient-centered medical home, 2 MA Scribe Model in primary and specialty practices. She continued to link operations with clinical quality improvement in the Sutter Sacramento region. She also felt enriched by my practice as a bilingual, bicultural nurse practitioner in family practice. She was also a member of SH Steering Committees which supported the SH strategy for transitioning/expanding innovative approaches for primary care delivery strategy including the expansion of Sutter Walk-In Care.
